Submission
SUBMISSION, REVIEWING AND DECISIONS
All papers should be submitted in PDF format through the Microsoft CMT.
1. Log in to the submission page. If you do not yet have an MCT account, you will need to create a new one.
2. After logging in, submit your article or research project via the author console by clicking “Create new submission.”
3. Make sure that the authors’ names, affiliations, and acknowledgments are not included in the submitted manuscript. Submissions that do not follow these guidelines may be automatically rejected without review.
“The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.”
