Call for Extended Abstracts

Extended Abstracts should be 1,000–1,500 words in length, excluding references, and may be submitted in English. Submissions must be prepared in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, using 2.5 cm margins on all sides, 1.5 line spacing, and Times New Roman, 12 pt for the main text. The text should be fully justified.

The title should be centred, in uppercase and bold, and set in Times New Roman, 14 pt. Extended Abstracts should follow a clear academic structure, comprising an Introduction, which provides the context, objectives, and relevance of the study; a Theoretical Framework and/or Literature Review; a Methodology, briefly describing the methods, sample, or conceptual approach adopted; Results or Preliminary Reflections; and Conclusions and Implications. A References section should be included at the end of the Extended Abstract and formatted according to the APA 7th edition guidelines.

To ensure consistency across submissions and facilitate the peer-review process, authors are kindly requested to adhere closely to these formatting requirements. Page numbers, headers, and footers should not be included in the submitted document.

All submissions must be original, must not have been previously published, and must not be under consideration for publication or presentation at another conference or in another journal at the time of submission. Extended Abstracts submitted for peer review must also be fully anonymised. Accordingly, authors should not include their names, institutional affiliations, acknowledgements, or any other information that could reveal their identity. References to the authors’ own previous work should likewise be presented in a manner that does not disclose their identity during the review process.

Following acceptance, authors will be required to submit the final version of their contribution for publication, prepared in Word or LaTeX and accompanied by a PDF version. The final files, together with the duly completed Consent to Publish form, must be compiled into a single ZIP archive and submitted through the official conference management system.

• Accepted papers must be presented at the conference to be included in the proceedings or submitted in the dedicated special issue in the journal.
