Call for Posters

Authors of accepted poster papers are required to prepare and print a poster for display during the Conference. Posters must be presented in A2 format, in vertical orientation, and must include the GMB Conference logo in the poster design. The logo can be downloaded here.

Accepted posters will be presented during designated Conference Work Sessions, which may include opportunities for oral presentation and discussion. Each poster will be allocated a total of 10 minutes, with 5 minutes for the presentation followed by approximately 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Authors are therefore encouraged to design their posters in a clear and concise manner, highlighting the main objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of their work.

Poster proposals must be submitted in PDF format. Following acceptance and incorporation of any feedback provided by the Conference, authors may submit the final version of their poster in ZIP format.REVIEW PROCESS.
