Call for Special Sessions

The Organising Committee of the GMB Conference invites proposals for Special Sessions to be included in the Conference programme.

Special Sessions provide an opportunity to explore emerging, interdisciplinary, and strategically relevant topics within the broad field of global marketing and business. They are intended to create a focused forum for in-depth discussion and knowledge exchange, bringing together researchers and practitioners with shared interests and complementary perspectives. Through these sessions, the Conference aims to foster collaboration, encourage cross-disciplinary dialogue, and stimulate new research agendas and innovative approaches to contemporary challenges in global marketing and business.

Special Sessions aim to:

  • Address cutting-edge and emerging research themes that extend beyond or are not fully covered by the main Conference tracks.

  • Foster communities of expertise around emerging, transformative, or high-impact topics, encouraging knowledge exchange and the development of new research agendas.

  • Strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, promoting meaningful dialogue, knowledge transfer, and opportunities for joint research and innovation.
